METHOD • Measure all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl • Add the warm water and milk • Then add the margarine • Rub in the beaten egg and mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave for 10minutes • Place on a smooth surface and knead for about 5minutes • Leave to rise for about one hour • Knead on floured surface for 8 minutes and roll out. • Cut out with a doughnut cutter and place in a tray for 30 minutes • Put the oil on fire and when in it hot, deep fry
