    INGREDIENT

    500gms of flour
    50gms of Butter
    50gms of sugar
    1pc of Egg
    4gms of salt
    10gms of Yeast
    35gms of powdered milk
    10gms of Cinnamon/Nutmeg (optional)
    10gms of Improver (optional)

    METHOD
    • Measure all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
    • Add the warm water and milk
    • Then add the margarine
    • Rub in the beaten egg and mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave for 10minutes
    • Place on a smooth surface and knead for about 5minutes
    • Leave to rise for about one hour
    • Knead on floured surface for 8 minutes and roll out.
    • Cut out with a doughnut cutter and place in a tray for 30 minutes
    • Put the oil on fire and when in it hot, deep fry

    INGREDIENT
    irish Potato 700grams
    Green Pepper 100 grams
    Tomatoes 100 grams
    Tatashe 100 grams
    Onion 100 grams
    Fish 200 grams
    Egg 400 grams (8pics)
    Knor 12.5grams
    Mix with the Egg
    Curry 12.5grams
    Knor 1 spoon
    To boil potato
    Curry 7 grams

    Then mash Potato, add the boil Fish and the remaining ingredient and bake
